Unite Conference – Amsterdam
A dynamic, unconventional & rebranded user conference uniting the global developer community
To reunite the community after a three-year hiatus from Unity's user conference, we set out to create a truly memorable experience. The conference brought together 2,000 developers in Amsterdam and was complete with a keynote, hundreds of breakout sessions, two parties, and three executive events. Rebranding the event as an "un-conference," we hosted it in a unique riverside campus venue, offering a non-traditional, immersive experience.
As lead project coordinator, I played a key role in designing, planning, and executing of all elements of the event. I also developed and launched the conference's first sponsorship program, bringing in $500K in revenue, and led the planning and execution of the Heineken Experience Welcome Party and Unite Afterparty.

We kicked off the conference by treating guests to an authentic Amsterdam experience: our Welcome Reception hosted at Heineken's flagship brewery. The event featured a full takeover of the iconic building with beer tastings, two club rooms with DJs, and exclusive experiences in hidden speakeasies across six floors.
